Corporal punishment is often portrayed quite differently in BDSM videos than it is in movies created by and for spanking enthusiasts. Butts are still beaten in both genres, but the tone, scenery, dialogue and props are typically worlds apart.

That’s why the video Punished by My Wife is interesting. Shot on location at the Den of Iniquity in Los Angeles and featuring two very attractive and experienced dominas — Mistress Anna Valentina and Goddess Helena – it is an example of talented BDSM professionals really making an effort to produce a video for the spanking market.

The end result is sort of like a spaghetti western. All the required elements are there and the film is certainly fun to watch, but it’s still an Italian director’s interpretation of an American genre.

Maybe we’re wrong and there’s a vanilla explanation for the lady’s stance. But with her crop conveniently within arm’s reach, it certainly looks like she’s about to raise welts on an upturned backside.
