Just for something different, here are a couple of panels from a one-shot independant comic published back in the (yikes) 1980s. The spanking lifestyle was still underground then, so it was always a thrill to see references pop up in mainstream media.

We think the artist was trying to make the point that if you repress normal desires, they may become perverted. We might agree with that in general terms, since repression is typically not a good thing. However, we tend to view adult spanking as a form of erotica, rather than deviant or negative behavior.

Spanking enthusiasts come from so many different backgrounds, it’s really impossible to make any sweeping statements about why they like what they like. Our opinion is, don’t worry so much about the source of your desire. Go to that professional disciplinarian if you want to. Get spanked! Scratch that itch. It’s good, clean fun and you’ll feel so much better afterwards.

As part of the Love Our Lurkers Day celebration, RK agreed to take a punishment spanking with the Vermont Country Store bath brush if 10 unique visitors would post a comment on our LOL Day post.

It almost came down to the wire, but we did log 10 unique posts before midnight on Friday (thank you so very much), after which RK was summarily ordered to strip and lie across the bed. He then received a vigorous punishment spanking with the brush — no warm up and no safe word.

As you can imagine, RK pounded his hands, kicked his legs and squirmed mightily under the wood. We call that activity “swimming.” RK doesn’t mark much anymore, so the spanking continued until his skin started to give out. He was one very sorry little blogger by the time we were through.

Here’s an update we think you’ll really enjoy.

Back in July we introduced you to Miss Tori, a delightful young disciplinarian who is quite serious when it comes to applying adult corporal punishment.

Since that initial post, we’ve had the pleasure of interviewing Miss Tori. You can read the entire Q&A — and it’s a good one — right here.

Yesterday we mentioned Ms. Cassandra Park, one of several top-notch disciplinarians who help maintain order in New York City and the surrounding areas.

In the interest of full disclosure, we should mention that Ms. Park is a friend of ours. However we’re not biased in the least (or trying to curry favor) when we tell you these four things about her:

1. Ms. Park is a really exceptional human being.

3. She has wonderfully toned and muscled arms (the better to thrash you with).

Last week we received a nice email from Miss Tori, a New York City-based disciplinarian specializing in domestic scenes and corporal punishment (with an emphasis on atonement). Visit Miss Tori’s website to read about her various tools and methods, and to view her wonderful photo gallery.
